Outlook loading Word

Suddenly, when I try to create a new email or resply to an emial in Outlook
2003, I get a message saying "starting Microsoft Word 2003 as your email
editor..." and the program hangs up for ever. How can I fix this?

Um, turn off Word as the editor?
