outlook keeps trying to send a message which is not in outbox?

I have 2 accounts on outlook. The second one is valid for receiving mail
from the server but I am no longer subscribed, so cannot send mail.

I accidentally tried to send mail on this account, and now outlook keeps
trying to send it. This happened before and I solved the problem by deleting
the mail from the outboox, but I have done this and it still keeps trying to
send the mail, even though there is nothing in the outbox.
Whilst it is sending this ghost mail, it's slowing down my computer.

Anyone got any ideas? I have tried to reset the account settings so that
this account does not send mail, but this has not worked!

Thanks

Matt

http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm should work for this
purpose.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
