Outlook keeps trying to find Exchange Server out of office.

Hello,

I am using Outlook 2003 under Windows XP Pro.

I have Outlook set up to work from within my office and at home. I have
three email accounts set up, one POP3 account, one Microsoft Exchange Server
account, and one IMAP account which contacts the same mailbox as the Exchange
Server. I have different send/receive groups set up for work and home. Work
is set to contact POP3 and Exchange Server; home is set to contact POP3 and
IMAP. Both work well EXCEPT at home Outlook continues to try to contact the
Exchange server at random intervals. I have tried cancelling the task and
restarting Outlook, however it keeps happening - not every send/receive, but
enough to be annoying.

Ideas? Is something outside of Outlook telling my computer to connect to the
Exchange Server?

Thanks!

No. I can't figure out how to set Exchange offline without Outlook thinking
everything is offline and refusing to get any of my other mail. How do I do
this - is it something to do with Cached Exchange mode? I seem to be using
cached exchange mode, but a quick read of the help section didn't really make
it clear whether that's my problem or not.

In case it wasn't clear the exchange server is not part of my home send
receive group. I have set it to not be included.
