Outlook: Junk E-Mail folder: messages converted to text, non-clickable

It happened after Office 2003 update download: Outlook: messages that were
moved to this folder were converted to plain text and the links became
non-clickable (probably to "protect" me).

Even after going to Options-Junk Mail Options and leaving "Don't turn on
links..." box unchecked, did not fix the problem. Any help?

You have to move them out of Junk to make them active. I don't think there's
any other way
 
Try the options in 'Tools-Options-Preferences-E-Mail Options' there are a few
in there about plain text etc.
