Outlook Junk E-mail folder and blank senders

I have a user that has a problem where none of the senders are shown when
e-mail is delivered to their junk e-mail box, but once you move them into the
deleted folder it shows the sender. I thought it might just be the type of
spam but we also have another user here that when he sends e-mail from his
smartphone it gets delivered into peoples junk e-mail folder. When I moved
the smartphone e-mail to the deleted items it showed his e-mail address
accordingly so it's not the type of spam. Any Ideas?

Oh yeah almost forgot. I deleted his default profile, deleted the outlook
..ost files since he's an exchange user and still get the problem.
