I am running Office XP professional on two computers and experiencing the
same problem:

When I receive an email from a sender (e-mail address removed) with an attachment,
the attachment doesn't come through. However, if I check my mail with
outlook express, it does come through with no problem.

using POP to access mailbox.

problem occures from multiple senders at that @bloomberg.net domain

any ideas?

Does the message size in outlook indicate the attachment is there? If you
hit forward does it show up?

no it does not show up in a forward, nor does the size indicate that it's
there. Nor does the attachment paperclip show up. I only know that it's
there because I am expecting it ... i then have to use outlook express or
webmail to retrieve it.
