I am getting the "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience. The error signature is for Outlook,
appver: 9.0.0.6604, modname fldpub.dll. This takes about
4 to 5 min. to happen. I have to restart outlook each
time. Any ideas?

So what add-in did you install into Outlook that uses the fldpub.dll
file? After searching and finding the file, what does right-clicking,
Properties, and Version tab tell you? I don't have it so it is not part
of Outlook. Extensions get loaded when Outlook gets loaded. If they
fail to load or error afterward, they'll take Outlook with them. Look
under Tools->Options->Other->Email Advanced and see what add-ons and
plug-ins you have installed. Unfortunately not all may be listed here
since some get loaded by a registry entry. Extensions available to all
users are under the registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins

while those only installed by you and usable only by you are under:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\AddIns

If you cannot find the file fldpub.dll, it may be that you disabled and
uninstalled an add-on to Outlook but it is still in the registry to get
loaded, so you'll have to remove it yourself.
