outlook is sending blank emails

everytime someone sends me an email, my outlook automatically sends that
person 2 blank emails in reply. i cant figure out why, or how to stop it. the
problem began after installing service pack 2
 
One of users is having the very same problem, but they do not have SP2
installed. I hope someone responds to this as I'd like to know the answer
also. :-)
