outlook is offline

Hi,
Outlook 2007 will open ok but say Microsoft outlook is offline. If I click
on send and receive button will get email then the status will change back
to Microsoft outlook is offline. I am running window vista OS on this
desktop.

You HAVE tried doing File-Work Online, haven't you?

yes I try to do online. but it is indicating offline I go to file menu and
see no offline option. What I do is I have to log off then log on computer
again. Thank you

It should be there. Try re-setting the toolbars.
