Hi,
I have WIN XP PRO and Office 2003. I sent an email using my outlook and got
an error message from one of my recipients few minutes after (which is not
uncommon). The error message I got was 15MB(!) although my inbox is only
10MB. Once I got the email in my inbox (I can see the message header) it
made my outlook freeze and not responding. I logged in to my web based email
to delete that email but it didn't help. I reinstalled office and it didn't
help - after reinstalling it and reactivating outlook I had the same personal
folders and emails as before, and it was not responding again. I can't do
anything with my outlook right now. How can I delete that unwanted email
that freezes my outlook to continue working?
