Outlook will not send my attachments. They are attached properly but no
messages are received by the recipients with the attachments. I have
Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 (9.0.0.3821)

Hi,
maybe the other user use Outlook with the security level and your
attachments are blocking by outlook!
which attachments do you send? I mean with which file suffixes?

My office has figured out over the past few months that we need to keep our
text format in email set to html. OUr attachments weren't being set either
until we switched; I believe it is because not every office has the same
email (Outlook) and can't understand rich text or others. Hope it helps

I'm having this problem since upgrading to Exchange 2003 for one user. She
can't send an e-mail to anyone, internal or external, if it has an
attachment. There is no error - it is just never received by anyone. She
seems to be able to receive e-mails with attachments. She has tried sending
both xls and doc files and neither one works. We still have the same
Outlook version - 2002. Any ideas?

Thanks!

The other thing that is interesting, is that she can forward an attachment,
she just can't create a new e-mail with an attachment and have anyone
receive it.
