Outlook is download messages twice.

Hello,
I am runnning Outlook XP SP3. I am popping my mail off an exchange server
2000. I have said to leave messages on there for 7 days. After I have
downloaded my mail, in the next couple of days the same emails try to
download again. Any ideas????????

I had the same problem when running McAfee Spam Filter. If you are running a
spam filter that has an accepted folder that keeps the mail on a local
host...check to make sure that you are deleting the mail from the spam filter
once it has been approved and delivered to your inbox.
