outlook is deleting messages after reply/forward without putting .

Recently Outlook started to delete messages after i replied to them or
forwarded them without putting them in the "deleted items" folder. Any idea
what's going on?

What version of Outlook?

Go to View -> Arrange By -> Current View and make sure you've got
"Messages" checked.
