outlook installation problem, asking for microsoft exchange server

THis message appears when I try to open outlook 2003.

the connection to the Microsoft Exchange server is unabvailable. Outlook
must be online or connected to complete this action

I am not connected to a server either.

The problem may be that the router that you are accessing in the office
may be blocking the port that Outlook ususally uses. Try asking Hamid
for help. What i can do is, by connecting to the router, I will make
the IP adress that is assigned to your laptop so that the firewall does
not block all of your queries.
