Outlook Insert File as attachment

Outlook 2007, Insert File as Attachment (XP) , the dialog box has changed.

In "Details" view, files are clumped by "Last Year" and so on. Recent files
don't seem to show.

I'm not sure how this happened or how to control it.
 
Can you go back a step and explain exactly what you are doing please?
