Several months ago I found a neat way to highlight the headers, in my Inbox,
for e-mails from my family , by displaying them in red. (Outlook 2003).
Now, I can't remember or find how I did this procedure. Would someone
please tell this ageing old man how to execute this procedure.

Click Tools | Organize, then click the Using Colors tab. You can try using
the dropdowns on that page, or you can click the Automatic Formatting link on
the right hand side of the Organize pane (I prefer that method -- you can
customize your color criteria better there).
