Outlook inbox

Several months ago I found a way to highlight e-mail headers for messages
from my family by having then displayed in the Inbox in red. (Outlook 2003).
Now I can't find how I did this wonderful trick and would like someone to
tell this ageing old man how to find the procedure to highlight specific
entries.
