Outlook (in Exch mode) - "Access denied" when forwarding or replying.Sending is OK.

Hello everybody.

After recreating Windows profile on one of machines user is encountering
very strange problem - she gets "Access Denied (standard Windows dialog,
not some kind of e-mail message) as soon as she clicks "forward" or
"reply".

This happens with messages from outside only (replying to internal is
fine). Sending new messages to outside is fine.

I have Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. What is wrong and how do I fix
the problem?

Thanks a lot.
WBR,
K. Palagin.

Does the problem follow the user to another machine? Does OWA exhibit
the same problem?

Dumb question, but what happens if you change your default email
format.? Also, what happens if you change the format used when
replying to internet emails?

OWA works fine, Outlook on another machine works fine too. Creating new
profile allowed to at least send messages (error still comes up).
I guess Outlook uninstall/reinstall is next.

Thanks for taking me out of mental loop!
