outlook importing of email from Yahoo! Please help!

i just started a trial of microsoft outlook, and part of that somehow i now
transferred all of my incoming email from my yahoo!mail account into my MSN
email, which i do not want to do.....how can i stop this, reverse this, get
it back to the way it was?
