Outlook - Import to Address Book

I am trying to import an ldif file to my address book. Import/Export are
greyed out in the file menu. I have tried to access it through Accessaries,
Outlook, Outlook Express but all greyed-out.

Any suggestions?

Yes - the boys in the Outlook/Outlook Express newsgroup
would be able to give you an answer straight away.
 
Thanks for your suggestions. Yes the user ID has admin rights.

I shall contact the Outlook/Outlook Express user groups.
