Importing LDIF files

I am assisting a colleague who had his contacts recovered from a UNIX/Linux
based address book which was saved in the LDIF format. My colleague needs to
import the LDIF file into his Outlook Contacts. Can this be done? How is it
done?

You may want to try the following:

The key is to convert the LDIF file into a format that Outlook supports (in
this case - CSV). Have no knowledge of or experience with this particular
freeware program but certainly sounds like it's worth investigating for your
requirements (you can also do a google search for other LDIF conversion
programs).
