I have a work flow where I send a contractor an e-mail with a modification
request. The contractor enters this request into their system and generates
an internal problem-ticket number.
When I send the e-mail with the issue, I automatically send a copy to my
inbox in a specific folder. I’d like to be able to go back to the e-mail
copy and somehow display the ticket number in the list of inbox items. I
know I can add columns such as Identifier, but I don’t know how to update the
Identifier information with the contractor’s ticket number. Suggestions?
