Outlook Icons

Hi

I'm not an english speaker so excuse me if I don't write very good.
I have a problem with Microsoft Outlook 2003, all my incoming messages have the icon of the open envelope, the one that appears when yoy've already open your mail.
I will like to restore the original icon, the closed envelope because it is a bit confusing that all the envelopes are open.

It's hard to say what is going on without knowing some more details.

Which mail account type are you using?
Do you have anything installed that could mark these items as read already?
Do you perhaps have a rule configured that automatically marks messages as
read?
Is it just the icons that are shown open and are the items still shown as
unread (text is bold).
