outlook HTML signature not appearing on reply in plain/rich text?

When I receive a text email and respond my signature with logo does not come
up - I edit in Word 2003, I am not sure why no signautre comes up as it use
to come up just without the logo.

However in recent weeks when I log out it asks if I want to save te
normal.dot file which i think may be the template and related to the is issue?

Is there a yoursig.TXT file in the %AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures folder?
Do all of your accounts have default signatures assigned?
