outlook HELP!!!!

Me and my boss are having some real trouble...
She trys to send me an email though out look with an attachment that works
but when she trys to forward me and email with an attchment it doesn't....
PLEASE HELP ASAP

Would it be helpful to suggest that your question might get a quicker or
even a better answer if asked in a newsgroup devoted to Outlook instead of
one, like this, devoted to Microsoft Access Database software?

You are using the awfull web interface to view newsgroups.
Set up outlook express newsreader, as per above link
The free microsoft news server is:
msnews.microsoft.com

When you post a Q re outlook you need to specify the version used and any
err.msgs

The webpage can indeed be confusing! Depending on how you got there, there
should be a list of subject areas in a dropdown list on the left side of the
screen. The first entry on the list is Access (because that's first
alphabetically, as well as being the best <g>). Scroll down the list and find
one for your version of Outlook.

Do post what version of Outlook you're using, the answer will be different for
2007 than for earlier versions.
