In managing several computers, I have a good bit of contact information in my
Outlook on an older computer (XP) that I want to copy or import into a new
laptop (Vista) Outlook. I cannot figure out how to do this. Can someone
walk me through this process. Thanks.

Have you considered asking this question in an Outlook

Sure. Lots of people in groups with OUTLOOK in the title can help
you. Notice this group lacks that word in it's title.
