I use microsoft outlook on a laptop. at home, i can send and receive
messages using my laptop. however, when i go to school during the day, i
cannot send or receive messages. any help with this annoyance would be
appreciated. what do i need to change in my outlook so i can access my email
capabilities both at school and at home. at school, we have wireless
internet. at home i have cable dsl. thank you.

Your provider should be able to help with this. Generally you probalby need
to change you outgoing email from (example smtp.earthlink.net) to
smtpauth.earthlink.net. This is if you are using a POP3 account. There is
more to it so check with your provider.

Error messages? In general, ISP B won't let you send messages through ISP
A's mail system without proper authentification to each.
