Outlook Help toolbar is missing

I've been using Outlook successfully for years. Recently, the Help toolbar
disappeared. I've been through all of the toolbar menus and it is listed ok
there.
Any ideas on how to get my Help toolbar back?

Under View > Toolbars:
All standard toolbars are displayed
Under the Commands tab, the Help item is listed under the Categories and
displays all of the Commands that it should (About, Detect & Repair, etc).

Thanks!

Under the "Commands" tab, scroll down to the "Menu Bar" entry in
"Categories", select it, scroll the "Commands" window down to the "Help"
entry, click and drag it back up to the Menu bar.
