Turn AutoCorrect on or off
From the main Microsoft Outlook window, on the Tools menu, click Options,
and then click the Spelling tab.
Select or clear the Use AutoCorrect when Word isn't the e-mail editor check
box.

This instruction is INCORRECT. Under Tools, there IS NO OPTIONS!

Yes there is... :) Do you have little arrows on the bottom of the tools
menu? Click them to expand the menu and find options... you can also try the
keyboard - Alt+t, O.
