The "colored" links in the standard Office "Help" subjects
are supposed to either open a small dialogue box
describing a feature or meaning of a term or transport and
open a related feature. This "link" feature is INOP in MS
Outlook 2000. All updates through SP-3 have been
applied. Any suggestions?

Does it work in the help of other Office Applications?
Do you have a pop-up blocker installed?
Resetting the local Security Zone of your Internet Explorer also might help

Tips of the month:
-Navigation Pane Tips & Tricks
-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

UNDERLINED links work consistently in all Office 2K
programs, however NO "colored" DEFINITION links operate
when biewing a HELP topic. (i.e. definition of "search
page", "toolbar", "web server", etc). Security Zone
settings have NO effect. No pop-up blocker enabled.
Thanks for rapid reply and assistance.
