Outlook has identified an email as "Suspected Spam"

A client of mine has sent me the following message:

As an aside your email normal address has gone from being safe to [suspected
spam] with our new Outlook 2007 update.
 
A 'suspected spam' msg is generated, inserted in the subject line by a third
party mail scanning tool, not by outlook its self.
 
Outlook doesn't stamp mail with classifications like that. Is the user
possibly using another spam detector or might there be something running on
their mail server?
