Outlook has encountered a problem & will close; several times

I get this message several times a week...not every day. any ideas? it asks
me to send a report which i used to do, but that seems like a waste of time
because the error persists
 
The usual cause is that you have a 3rd party program installed that
integrates/protects/uses Outlook data and isn't 100% compatible. Since you
don't mention what things you have installed that integrate with Outlook,
you could try uninstalling 1 item at a time until you find the culprit.
