Outlook just hangs when I try to open the application.
This just started, have been using for years. Have
successfully run Scanpst.exe but did not help.

Rename outcmd.dat to outcmd.old and start Outlook. It
will reset the Toolbars.

The default location is;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Hope this helps!

.
Close Outlook and try to remove the .ost by doing a
search, than change to .old
Reopen Outlook and a new .ost is created.
