Outlook hangs at splash screen

Outlook (2000) is very slow loading and often hangs at the splash
screen. Do I need to re-install or is there another fix? Running under
Win XP Pro.

I would suggest a repair install as well look for updates
on this product.

If that doesn't work it maybe time to reformat your PC,
or check to see how much hard drive space you have. There
are many reasons why programs hang. What other tasks are
you running in the back ground? does your PC meet XP, and
outlook specs, ect.
