Outlook Hanging

I am having issues with Outlook hanging.

I have tried downloading updates, repairing and, finally, reinstalling. None
of these solutions have helped the issue.

I am on an Exchange server, Outlook 2003 Pro. Only one small PST is open.

Any help would be appreciated.

The renaming the outcmd file as suggested by Eagle1 worked. Sorry for the
unneed post.
