outlook frozen

I tried to sent a file that was to big and outlook send stop working. Ive
tried the following to delete the file, with no progress. Put outlook in off
line-exit and reload outlook-delete file place on line. Go to outlook send,
press shift and delete + delete. Tried task master end program, also
send/receive and disable send/receive uncheck send/receive immediately. One
questions since the file is so big does that delay the delelte actions. The
hour glass continues to show that the computer is attemping to delete. Ive
let it run for 30min. and it still has not accomplish the delete action.
Any help will be appreciated.
