Outlook freezes when copying from excel

Hi All,

When I do a CTRL C on a cell in excel and then open a new mail outlook
freezes for about a minute. then excel does a recovery of the document and
clears the clipboard.

Is there a fix for this?

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2 & Excel 2003 SP2

Update to Service Pack 3 for Office 2003 and apply additional updates as
well. You might be trying to solve something that already got fixed some
time ago.

I'm having issues with receiving messages in outlook 2003. I've tried
SEVERAL times to edit my email info, but its still not working. This started
yesterday. I had this happend about a month ago and just kept updating info
and it finally started working, but not this time...HELP
