Hello!
I have broadband service and my computer is pretty new, so why is my outlook
so slow. I click on an email, or NEW to send a new email and it takes 15 to
20 seconds for it to appear. the rest of my applications fly but Outlook is
slow. I have Outlook 2003 SP2...

When I connect in my LAN no problem...strange

Thank for respond.

On my office laptop, Office 2003 SP2 on Windows XP SP2 is installed and I
connect through Exchange 2000.

There is a problem when I’m away from the office. When I connect by VPN on
dial-up, connection ADSL or cable, when I want to create a new message
through Outlook, it takes forever to open. Opening Outlook is quick but
opening the window for the message itself is very slow. Sometimes, Outlook
even freezes. I looked at the DNS configuration on my VPN. It’s pointing at
my DC and my Exchange server pings very well.

Is there a particular way to configure Outlook in remote by VPN ?

Thanks for your quick response.
