Outlook Forward Rules

We received an interesting service request. We are being ask'd to deliver a
report of all Outlook Clients that are Rules setup to foward.

Forward to the Internet is disabled on Exchange 2003 at the Org level, but
they still desire a report of all OL clients configured to forward anywhere.
Is this even possible?

The only way I could think to do it would be through Exchange, not Outlook.
Try asking over in microsoft.public.exchange.admin?
