Outlook forms

Where can I get examples of customised outlook forms. not only what they
looks like but how the interact with other applications. I'm looking to
migrate some of the companies internal forms (leave etc) onto the outlook
platform. I know I can do the coding I just need some initial guidance.

Any clues
