Outlook Forms Issue 2000 - 2003

I have forms that work as expected in a Win2K - Outlook 2003 environment.
But in a Win2K3 - Outlook 2003 environment these same forms show up blank.

The forms are in the Org Forms Library

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Show up blank where (or when)?

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms
