Outlook form linked into a web page?

Hi,

A quick question, can Outlook forms be linked into web pages? Specifically
we have forms that we want to link into our intranet. Has anyone done this?

We use forms in Outlook forms to submit work orders to help desk. We are
improving our intranet and we've had requests from users to create a link
directly on our intranet to open the Outlook form. I found a website that
uses VBA, but I don't want to go down that route if I don't have to.

p.s. we're using Outlook 2000 and 2003 & Sharepoint 2007 in our environment
(yes, that's not a typo it's 2000, what a mix, eh? Trust me, I'm not
responsible for that mix!)
