My laptop crashed, and I am not able to recover it (even with start-up
disks). Is there a way to use a separate computer and access my outlook
folders. I had a lot of information, and any help would be the greatest!

If you stored your data locally, it would be in a file with a PST extension
on the laptop...if you can't get to it there, and the data is crucial, you'd
need to contact a data recovery service to see if they can recover the file
for you. If you were connecting to an Exchange server or otherwise storing
your data on a network somewhere, you'll need to go there to get your data
back.
