Outlook: File-->Open Other-->"name" Inbox (can't delete)

I have several inboxes I use to open. Now some of the people no longerr with
with us or their email address changed. But, I cannot delete them from
showing up in the list of Inboxes or Calendars.

How can I delete these or no longer see when I choose "FILE-->OPEN and the
calendars and inboxes are listed 1 Smith, Allen; 2 Brown, Denny, etc.

I don't need these anymore, but can't get rid of them.
