outlook file attachment location

When users attach a file to an e-mail they are directed to
their My-Doc directry. How can this be changed so that
they are automatically directed to a share directary (g.
The users run outlook from a terminal services session on
some clustered servers.

The user would have to change what the operating system thinks is "My
Documents" and understand that this would effect all applications that read
this setting in the registry.
