Outlook Fails

One of my users with a roaming profile is able to log on to TS with his
profile however, when he tries to open outlook, it fails on him. Outlook
opens fine on his machine. Any ideas or causes why outlook will not open
for 1 and only one user?

Can you give some specifcs on what it means for outlook to fail to
open? Does outlook give a specific error? What outlook screens do
you see?

When he clicks on Outlook (2002) he get's the error box - "Cannot load
Outlook."
