Outlook Exprs hangs on initial msg load

Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1123
My OE is configured to start on the Inbox folder. Upon the start, it
completes the message header load (upper panel). However, it does not get
into the point of displaying the last msg body in the bottom pannel. It
simply hangs somwehere before the whole msg loading process is done.

This particular Inbox file is OK, because, I was able to import msgs from it
to my other user ID (other configured profile on this OE).
I have 5 user profiles set up on my Outlook Express, and this problem
affects only one identity. OE still correctly loads msg when switching to the
remaining identities.

I had this problem before, and somehow I got it resolved by either the MS
patch upgrade or something similar.
