Outlook express

I sent some pictures in an e-mail. The attached files were
too large to send and are now stuck in the outbox. Every
time i try and sen mail it is trying to send these
attachments. They do not show in the folder as a numbeer
of e-mails to be sent. If I click on the outbox folder
they are there and can not be highlited to delete and
outlook locks up. By doing this I have to control alt.
delete to get out. Can anyone help me get these outgoing
out of here. I am currently using Windows ME.

If this is truly Outlook Express, as your title says, this is the wrong
newsgroup. Outlook, not Outlook Express, is discussed here.

That said, with Outlook Express off, you could try deleting the outbox.dbx
file and letting Outlook Express recreate it.
