Outlook Express

I have just set-up my outlook express on my new PC and I
keep getting new this error message. Does anyone know
how I could setup and move to a local folder like the
message says
You have exceeded your storage limit on the server. To
make space available, move messages from the server to
your local folders. Account: 'Hotmail',
Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'No Storage
Space', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCCF3

Try logging in to your hotmail account and see if you
have reached the limit. If so then just delete a lot of
the old messages.
