Have mistakenly blocked some senders. Am trying to
unblock using the topic help in O/L Express. The
intructions are:
To unblock someone who is not online:
1. In O/L Express, click the TOOLS menu, point to the
name of your messenger service (????How does one do
this??) and then click OPTIONS.
